Shipping Information
Most Orders received by 2:00PM EST are shipped within 1-2 business days. All
orders less then truckload quantities are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Please
indicate if you are needing Overnight, Second Day or Third Day shipping.
Placing Your Order
When placing your order, please have your customer account number code as well
as the correct product codes you will be purchasing on hand. Minimum order
quantities for wholesale accounts is $100.00. A $10.00 service charge is
automatically applied to any order under this minimum. Our highly qualified
staff is prepared to assist you in selecting the best selling items as well as
updating you on new images, specials and customer promotions.
Export Ordering
When shipping outside of the United States you must provide your freight
forwarder with your order. All Export orders are shipped freight collect.
Proforma invoices will be provided to you upon request. If there are any
backorders they will be shipped with your next order unless other arrangements
are made.
Payment on All International orders must be paid in U.S. dollars only. All
orders must be prepaid prior to shipment unless terms have been established.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, COD and Wire Transfers.

Replacements and Damages
Damages and or defective products can be returned for an exact exchange. Any
return must be authorized by an Image Source representative and must also be
accompanied with a copy of the original packing slip. Claims must be made within
3 days of product receipt.
Sizing and Color
Sizes are listed in U.S. inches as well as Metric centimeters. There may be
slight variations in color from this site and or catalog references.
